Color Guard is Starting!!!

Its that time of year again and I am so siked! I am so happy that its starting up again. This year I am gonna try out for Sabre (sword) but if i don't make that I will most likely be the captain of flag. For those of you that don't know what Colorguard is then it is when there are the people who march in front of the marching band and spin things such as I.D. (letters that spell out Mustangs), Flags, Sabres, and Riffles. I was on the team last year if you din't know and it was so much fun. Some people think that it is just fun and games but it isn't. This sport is very serious and requires a lot of hard work and dedication. At the same time though you can have so much fun! The people I spun with last year were like my sisters. I would spend my saturdays with them because those were the days that we had our extra practices, and we hung out at school and we laughed with each other got mad at each other it was really nice.

Before you ask, the actual performance is in May/June so they wont be anytime soon, but yes anyone can come! The other thing is that they aren't anywhere near here they are all like in Vallejo, and in Alemeta. The only one that is in Vacaville is at Fiesta Days Parade so if you can't make the others than I would sugjust seeing that one! Well I hope you guys can make it to the performances! It would mean a lot to me!

Well the actual tri-outs for sabre is on tuesday and thursday so please pray that I don't mess up during those two days! Thank you!

Rain...

Ah, how I love the rain. It can be so peaceful and yet it can be so harsh. I love to sit by my window and watch it for while on a rainy day. In some ways I am glad that it is the rainy season, because I like to walk outside and just let it fall on me and be amazed at how God even came up with the idea to let water fall from the sky. Be amazed at how he has once again out done himself and created something that is so beautiful. Some people think that it is a horrible thing but I love it. I love to fall asleep to the sound of rain on the roof and hearing every drop. I find rain soothing and peaceful and exciting when it is coming down hard. I have had some great times in the rain and some bad, but not too many. I love the rain and I hope it continues soon.

Time Flies When Your Having Fun...

Wow....I haven't posted in a long time and there has been a alot of stuff happenning. For one thing I got a Bunny!!! His name is Iggy Ibanez Helton! he is so cute and I will put pictures up later for those of you who haven't seen him yet. Anyway, I have also recently been in kara's Quinnsinerra ( I think thats how you spell it) as one of her Damas (close girl friends). It was so beautiful! Another thing is that cross-country is done and over with and I am happy that I don't have to run all the time now! Even though I was getting really good exercise, and it was fun hanging out with all my friends there. Wow, I guess time really does fly because there is so much to say.......well not really but so much has happened since the last time I was on. Well I guess I will see you all later!
